These are the original 54 mm all-round burrs. Glass bead blasting removes the sharp edges from manufacturing and reduces settling as the burrs break in. The geometry covers espresso through French press.
Mahlkönig matches the motor to this burr set. Imitation burrs change performance and void the warranty.
