The rotary-pump Gallatin: quieter and longer-lived than a vibratory pump, comfortable running plumbed-in, and paired here with flow control on the group and PID temperature control. The heat-exchange boiler brews and steams at the same time.
Water comes from the 1.7 L tank or a direct connection, switchable with a valve, and the stainless drip tray can be plumbed to a drain so you never empty it. Walnut portafilter handle and tamper, joystick valve controls, mirror stainless or black.
