Space Cowboy - Ethiopia
A natural-process Ethiopian from Sightseer Coffee that leads with blueberry jam, hibiscus, and malted milk. Fruit-forward, a little surprising, and beautifully balanced; Sightseer calls it the David Bowie of coffees, and the cup backs them up.
The lot comes from Mrs. Gemedech Fulasa, one of only a few female coffee farmers in Yirgacheffe, whose harvests rate among the best in the region.
